Lauren Remspecher

As Director, Health Care Benefits Innovation and Member Solutions, Lauren Remspecher supports employers and public purchasers in transforming benefits and health care strategies through PBGH’s high-value member services. With over 10 years of experience in the health benefits and public health fields, Lauren is passionate about making health care work better for businesses, employees, and the larger communities they serve.

In her prior role as Senior Director, Member Engagement & Communications, with the St. Louis Area Business Health Coalition, she provided strategic leadership for the coalition’s portfolio of member offerings, including health solutions, benchmarking research, policy advocacy, educational events, and internal and external communications. Lauren also oversaw the coalition’s Pharmacy Management Initiative, which negotiated group-purchased pharmacy benefits for 46 self-insured employers and public purchasers covering over 300,000 lives nationally.

Lauren has participated in several national initiatives to advance business and community health, serving as an advisor for the Healthier Workforce Center of the Midwest, Think Tank member of the Health Enhancement Research Organization, and co-chair of the Total Person Health steering committee through the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions. She received her Master of Public Health degree in Behavioral Science and Health Education from Saint Louis University, her Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and she is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
