Geanette Treadway

Geanette Treadway serves as PBGH’s Chief Financial Officer, leading all aspects of the organization’s finance and accounting operations. Geanette has over 15 years of experience leading nonprofits in finance, human resources, strategic planning and organizational leadership functions.

Prior to PBGH, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at national social impact organizations. She previously was a Director of Financial Planning for a health care delivery system with a $250 million budget.

Geanette currently serves as Board Treasurer for Crossroads, a behavioral health and addiction treatment provider that focuses on delivering gender-responsive care to women. She previously served as Board Treasurer for Maine Healthcare Financial Management Association.
